Chris Childers has served as Allstate Renovations’ president since establishing the company in 2004. In Chris Childers’ role with Allstate Renovations, he is the primary contact with clients, with these being based both in Sacramento and Kansas City.

Working with these clients, he completes bid proposals, maintains relationships, and finalizes contracts before starting a project. While overseeing these projects, he is also responsible for maintaining all relevant licenses and hiring employees. Rounding out his duties are in-office functions, such as maintaining compliance and insurance.

Before Chris Childers started Allstate Renovations, he was a project manager at Straticon. While there, he oversaw multiple projects simultaneously. He was heavily involved in all aspects of construction, including submitting bids, managing sub-contractors, and sourcing supplies. He also kept detailed records throughout this process.

Mr. Childers began his career as a carpenter and then foreman at B and B Construction. Having worked there for over a decade, he joined the firm as a general construction worker before earning several promotions. He left the firm in 1999.
